How Engagement Is Tracked
Engagement is tracked through structured check-ins, basic attendance logs, and summary notes from support conversations. We do not record training outcomes or assessment decisions. Instead, we capture who was contacted, when, and what follow-up actions were agreed, to ensure students do not fall through the cracks.
What This Support Does Not Do
Coordination & Engagement support does not replace accredited training, assessments, workplace supervision, or HR performance management. It is an administrative and communication layer that helps everyone stay informed and organised while formal learning and evaluation are handled by the appropriate parties.
What the Tracker Monitors
The tracker captures high‑level information for each person, including their highest qualification, RE5 status, current CPD cycle, DOFA date, annual declaration status, and any related evidence notes. This gives a single view of who is on track, who may be at risk, and which actions need to be scheduled.
How It Supports Compliance Timelines
By listing due dates, renewal periods, and key Fit & Proper checkpoints in one spreadsheet, the tracker helps teams plan ahead instead of reacting at the last minute. Team leaders can see upcoming expiries, follow up with individuals, and update status fields after each action, reducing the risk of missed deadlines.
