Partner Standards & Commitments
Our partners commit to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory and educational integrity, including:
- Subject to SAQA registration and recognised on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
- Accredited or in the process of accreditation with QCTO and/or relevant SETAs such as INSETA.
- Delivery of learning programmes that remain aligned with current QCTO and INSETA requirements.
- Ongoing quality assurance of curricula, assessments and learner support services.
- Transparent reporting and record-keeping that supports regulatory oversight and verification.

Do I need to be fully compliant before applying?
You do not need to have everything in place before you apply. However, all vendors must be willing to align with Fit and Compliant Consulting’s compliance, governance, and partnership standards. We will guide you on any gaps that need to be addressed.
How does the application process work?
Submit your vendor application form with your key business details and service offering. Our team will review your information, assess alignment with our program criteria, and contact you with next steps or any additional information required.
What type of support do approved vendors receive?
Approved vendors gain access to coordinated opportunities, clearer compliance expectations, and structured collaboration with our team. This may include introductions to relevant partners, guidance on regulatory requirements, and support in aligning your services with industry needs.
Is there a cost to participate in the program?
